NOTES:

• RATES QUOTED FOR FOUR (4) PEOPLE.
  Additional persons $5.00 per day, maximum of six (6).
• CLEANING FEE OF $55.00 WILL BE CHARGED PER UNIT FOR ALL RENTALS.
• CHECK OUT TIME 10AM - CHECK IN TIME 3PM.
• No Refund on Early Departure.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• NO PETS
• $300.00 deposit required in advance for all reservations held as security/damage deposit until after inspection, which will be refunded after 30 days. If guest is a no show or cancels in less than 15 days, deposit will not be refunded (Monthly 30 days).
• Rates include towell exchanged daily 10am to 12:00 Noon. (MONTHLY GUESTS are excluded)
• Grilling only allowed in designated areas.
• Three (3) night minimum.
• Cribs are available $5.00
• No one under the age of Twenty-Five (25) may rent unless accompanied by parent.
• Free Local Calls.
